Paolo Ballesteros’ latest make-up transformation project takes inspiration from Miss Universe Philippines 2018 Catriona Gray.
Ballesteros dubs his version as “Cartolinang Gray”. It’s a play on the word “cartolina,” which is a type of hard paper, and which sounds like “Catriona,” the first name of the beauty queen.

Meanwhile, as of this writing, fans of the actor and netizens wait for a reaction from Miss Universe Philippines 2018 herself and continue to tag her in their comments.
Last year, the actor transformed into “Pia Wurtzbach-la” and even uploaded a how-to video for the make-up process on YouTube.

The film won Ballesteros the Best Actor award at the 29th Tokyo International Film Festival; and a Special Jury Award for Outstanding Performance at the 21st International Film Fest in Kerala, India.
