Ramgen’s GF files raps against Bautistas over sex video
MANILA, Philippines—Janelle Manahan, girlfriend of slain actor Ramgen Revilla, on Tuesday formally filed a criminal complaint against members of the Bautista family over the unauthorized uploading of a sex video.
Violation of Republic Act No. 9995 or the “Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009” was lodged against Ramgen’s mother Genelyn Magsaysay and his younger sister Ragelyn Gail Bautista, said Manahan’s legal counsel lawyer Argee Guevarra.
The complaint was received by Superintendent Emma Libunao, chief of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Women and Children Protection Division.
Even peddlers of video, which supposedly showed Revilla and Manahan having sex in a bathroom, would be arrested if caught, said Libunao.
Manahan said that the scandal would not stop her from pursuing the case against the Bautistas.
