Angelica Panganiban sings classic JCS hit ‘Nang Makilala Ka’

Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban may seem to hold deep grudges with some of her former boyfriends, but she definitely has the best post-relationship friendship with her first ex and original love team partner, Carlo Aquino. Proving this is her video happily singing the iconic hit of Aquino’s former band “Nang Makilala Ka.”
In an Instagram post by fan page @cargel_loveteam, Panganiban was caught singing the lines of “Nang Makilala Ka,” a classic hit by the teen trio composed of John Prats, Carlo Aquino and Steffano Mori.

Back in the early 2000’s, Panganiban, Aquino, Prats and Mori, along with fellow former teen stars Camille Prats and Mico Samson, spearheaded one of the most iconic teen shows on television, “G-Mik.” Airing from 1999-2002, the series gave birth to the love team of Panganiban and Aquino as they gave life to the characters of Jelai and Junjun.
The reel partnership of the two eventually became a real-life romance. Puppy love it may be, but their relationship was indeed fueled by true love which lasted for six years. But unlike her bitter break-up with her equally famous exes, Aquino remained a friend even after they parted ways.
In another video post this time by fanpage @cargel_, the two again had another light moment when Panganiban fixed her ex’s hair.
She was heard off camera teasing him, saying, “Ang pretty, sobrang pretty kamuka ni Tita Kris.”

Just recently, the “Meet Me In St. Gallen” actor gave a surprise visit to Panganiban at the launch of her first book “Para Kay Ex.” Aquino showed up complete with a beautiful bouquet of flowers that made the crowd explode in kilig.
Now, they are often seen together; hence, fans are still hoping that they could rekindle their love story.
