KC Concepcion appeals to dad Gabby: ‘Don’t ever leave again’

After the successful kilig wave unleashed by the much-awaited reunion of 1980s love team and former real-life lovers Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion, it looks like their daughter KC is also joining in on the fun — but for a personal and sentimental reason.
As seen in a photo of Concepcion and Cuneta posted on his Instagram account last Friday, both looked happy and comfortable with each other behind the scenes of their commercial for a fast-food chain.
It brought fans the feels as they cherished the nostalgia. There were those who said that such is the moment one would go back to again and again; some offered well-wishes, while others just declared their outright giddiness.

But for KC, she chose to write just one plea for her dad: “Don’t ever leave again.”

It did not stop there. In a video taken the same day, it could be seen that Concepcion and Cuneta were fooling around on set. KC again took notice and wrote, “Papa always videoing priceless moments. Like Mama.”

Cuneta then replied to KC’s comment, joking that KC had so many photos precisely because of their love for taking shots. “But your papi was soooo having fun selfie-ing his selfies! Cutie like you, mija!” Cuneta added.

Cuneta and Concepcion tied the knot in 1984, separated in 1987, then had their marriage annulled in 1993. Since then, both have remarried; the Megastar to Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, and Concepcion to non-showbiz personality Genevieve Gonzales. JB
