Marian Rivera remains loyal to GMA
Primetime queen Marian Rivera remains a loyal Kapuso after she renewed her contract with her mother network last Monday, February 5.
Marian has expressed her deep gratitude to GMA for giving her the trust since she started with them over a decade ago. She also acknowledges that a big part of what she is now is owing to how she was molded by her stay in the network.
“Wala naman akong maisip na dahilan para hindi ako manatili sa GMA. Una sa lahat, sila ang unang nagbigay sa akin ng break. Pangalawa, forever kong tatanawing utang na loob ‘yon. Kung anuman ang meron ako ngayon, dahil sa GMA ‘yon. Sa pagtitiwala nila. What else can I ask for, di ba? Walang dahilan para hindi ako manatili rito,” Marian said.
Being the prime actress of the network, is she open to work with other leading men?
“Aba, napakaraming artista ng GMA. Bakit pa ako maghahanap eh, sa sarili kong network meron naman,” she said.

“Lalo na pag nagko-collaborate sila ng management ko, panatag ang loob ko,” she added.
She has complete faith in GMA’s plans and trusts whatever project the network offers her.
Before she embarks on a new show, she, together with husband, Kapuso primetime king Dingdong Dantes and daughter Zia will first go on a vacation.
Marian first shot to fame when she top-billed the Filipino adaptation of the global hit Mexican novela “Marimar” in 2007. The show then became the highest-rated primetime drama show on Philippine television at that time and launched her to super stardom.
She went on to do some of the most ambitious productions of the network like “Dyesebel” in 2008, “Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang,” and “Amaya” in 2011 among others. Her most recent teleserye was “Super Ma’am.” /jpv
