Luigi Muhlach opens Greenbelt resto specializing on Filipino beermatch food

Luigi Muhlach recently opened his brand new “LuMu” restaurant in Greenbelt 3, Makati.

LuMu describes itself as a “Beerhouse & Filipino Kitchen.” Its Facebook fan page describes it as a “Kambingan. Inuman. Chibugan. Lambingan. Tambayan.” — a place to enjoy goat dishes, drinks, food, and a place to be with your special someone or for hanging out with friends.

Chef Luigi posted a few photos of LuMu’s specialties in the restaurant’s Instagram page: a barbecue platter, adobong kambing ribs and sausages.

Luigi also has another restaurant in Tagaytay called Amacena which opened in 2016. Amacena, the restaurant of the hotel One Tagaytay Place, is known for serving re-imagined Filipino comfort food. Alfred Bayle/JB
