Actress Jessy Mendiola just got inked with a new blue, artsy-looking tattoo, under her right forearm.
Tattoo artist Wiji Lacsamana recently uploaded two photos of the actress and her tattoo on Instagram and wrote, “A freehand watercolor mermaid on the very beautiful (Jessy) today”.

A water color tattoo is slightly different from a traditional permanent tattoo. It takes after the style of watercolor painting, showing lighter lines.

Lacsamana, aside from being known for her work as tattoo artist and illustrator, also creates natural fragrances and cosmetics for the independent perfumery, skin care and design company Radioactive Mushrooms in the Forest. JB
