Rihanna has called for an end to gun violence, after her 21-year-old cousin died in a recent shooting incident in Barbados.

“RIP, cousin … I can’t believe it was just last night that I held you in my arms,” the pop star, who spent Christmas with her cousin Tavon, wrote on Instagram.

“I never thought it would be the last time [I’d feel] the warmth in your body! Love you always, man,” added Rihanna, who ended the emotional post with the hashtag “#end
gunviolence.”—ALLAN POLICARPIO
