Actress Lovi Poe preferred not to spend the holidays somewhere cold; she chose to fire things up as she and her beau escaped to the tropical paradise of Coron, Palawan.
As seen on photos in Poe’s Instagram page, the actress flaunted her beach-ready body in a one-piece black bathing suit, in what she called her “happy place.”
In another photo, Poe cuddled up with her Filipino-French boyfriend Chris Johnson as they enjoyed the island aboard a boat.
Poe took a photo of herself while she saw day turn into night, like an artwork coming to life. “Will we ever tire of rushing to the shore and watching the sun kiss the ocean?” she wrote.
Two days before the New Year, Poe enjoyed the waves and had some rather symbolic thoughts about them: “Survived each wave crashing on me in 2017.”
In a freshly posted photo, Poe asked if anyone needed saving, because “Lifeguard Lovi” was “reporting for duty.”
