Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis is nothing less than a deadly dagger in the new mini trailer of her much-anticipated upcoming action film, “Buy Bust.”

The new mini trailer was posted recently on her Facebook page. Unlike the first one that centered on showcasing the situations in the drug-infested slums of Manila, the new trailer this time features a badass murderous Anne who shows a no-holds-barred style in slaying the bad guys.

Anne showed off what she learned from months of learning Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, a Filipino martial art that uses improvised weapons for self-defense.

The trailer is “not for the faint-hearted,” Anne says, as she lethally stabs several men who try to attack her.

The 32-year old actress plays a woman sent off to snuff out a drug den. But she ends up being trapped and attacked after being set up and betrayed.

Noticeably, at the moment of her attack, she has no weapon to use. So she improvises her defense using whatever’s quickly available around her.

Her post is captioned: “Here it is! Another mini trailer for my upcoming film BUYBUST that I’ve been working on for over a year now. This time, this version is NOT G-RATED as the one released in cinemas during the MMFF films – SO this definitely is NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED.”

“P.S – this is the beauty of pekiti-tirsia kali — when you’re disarmed of an actual weapon, you can use anything you can find to defend yourself because YOU become the WEAPON,” she added.

Fans will no doubt be more than thrilled with the teaser releases so far. But the actress promises still more to come.

No release date has been announced thus far, but one thing’s for sure, “Buy Bust” is ready to slay cinemas this 2018.
