Vice Ganda gives Christmas gifts to Carlo; kid says: ‘Thank you Mama Vice’

Comedian Vice Ganda proved yet again he has a heart of gold when he made his “anak-anakan” (foster child) “Gigil kid” Carlo Mendoza happy with a whole lot of presents this Christmas.

The heart-melting Christmas gift-buying scene of Vice Ganda and Carlo was captured on video and immediately became trending on social media. Some of the videos were uploaded on YouTube by The Pinoy Channel.

The comedian took the boy wonder to SM North Edsa and the crowd just went wild on seeing the “unkabogable” superstar.

While Vice and Carlo were secured by body guards, people still tried to hustle their way into the “gigil” duo as they tried to steal a photo with the two.

Vice bought Carlo all the toys he wanted as his gift to him.

Happiness is clearly evident on the face on showbiz’s newest child sensation. After the “Gandarrapido: The Revenger Squad” star splurged on Carlo’s gift’s he told the kid, “Oh, ‘wag ka na magpapabili sa Tatay ha?” (Don’t ask for gifts from your father anymore, okay?)

Carlo fully agrees and make a few more promises to his father.

“‘Di na ko magpapahingi ng computer tapos lagi na ko matutulog ah, ‘di na ko magpupuyat niyan ah, kasi binilhan na ko ni Mama Vice ng laruan,” Carlo said.

(I won’t ask for a computer anymore and I will sleep a lot from now on, I won’t stay up late because Mama Vice bought me toys)

Vice Ganda has helped out uplift Carlo and his family by giving him work opportunities in showbiz. In one episode of his Sunday comedy talkshow “Gandang Gabi Vice”, the comedian promised to send him to school. Tears also flowed through his eyes when Carlo professed his love and support for him.

Now, Carlo is included in Vice Ganda’s Metro Manila Film Festival 2017 entry and is starting to make a name in showbiz.
