While actor-model Daniel Matsunaga wanted to keep his new relationship private, he soon went public with his new ladylove, Polish model Karolina Pisarek.
The couple celebrated his 29th birthday in Coron, Palawan, along with his sister Vanessa and her family.
They went boating and kayaking, and took romantic pictures on the perfect white-sand beaches.

They even had matching outfits when they went on a safari tour.

On being with him and his family, Pisarek said, “It was a pleasure to spend time with you in the Philippines. One of the best moments in my life. So happy I met you! It’s good to be around the people which are beautiful INSIDE. God bless you everyone and see you very soon!”
Brother-in-law Jun Sunga seemed to approve of Matsunaga’s girlfriend, calling the couple a “real life Barbie and Ken.”
He said he liked that she appreciated the Philippines during her brief stay.
“I must have heard ‘Amazing’, ‘beautiful’ and ‘awesome’ 1000 times per day. Being Filipino that is very pleasant to hear. There will be a lot more to come,” said Sunga who works as a photographer.
After their beach getaway, she had to jet back home, which Matsunaga didn’t seem too happy about.

The Brazilian-Japanese has not revealed much about their love story, other than that they met while she was in the country for an ad campaign.
With both of them based in different countries, the couple has been in a long-distance relationship. /ra
