His ‘topless photo’ won’t be last, Zanjoe Marudo’s tells Bela Padilla

After Bela Padilla jokingly told him to stop posting pictures of his abs, Zanjoe Marudo said it wouldn’t be his last.

“Hmmm. Akala mo lang, abangan mo! Meron pang mga iba, yung mga katawang pang-cuddle, ganyan (Just wait for the next one! There’s more, like a cuddly version),” he quipped to Philippine Entertainment Portal.

Their exchange on his Instagram post, where he showed off his chiseled torso, caught fans’ attention.

In a press conference for “Fallback” reported on TV Patrol, he explained that the comments were friendly. “Hindi, hirit lang yun (It was just teasing).”

He clarified that he and Padilla were “good friends” and that he was single.

“Focused ako sa work. Hindi pa ako ready magdagdag ng mga ibang commitments sa buhay ko dahil marami pa akong iniintindi (I’m focused on work. I’m not ready to add other commitments in my life because I still have many matters being attended to),” he said. /ra

The two actors starred in the TV show “My Dear Heart,” which aired in January-June.
