Actor Raymart Santiago is set to return to the big screen via the horror movie, “Haunted Forest”.

The film is about women getting lost and eventually found dead in the forest. The sudden disappearance of women in the subject town is believed to be connected to the mythical night creature called “sitsit.”

Just as Santiago’s character refuses to believe, he will experience the horrors of the myth through what will happen to his daughter, played by Kapamilya actress Jane Oineza.

“Haunted Forest’s” trailer has recently been released on Youtube.

The movie is one of several spooky film offerings coming for Halloween. Cast members include Jon Lucas, Jameson Blake, Maris Racal, Joey Marquez and Jerald Napoles, among others.

Santiago’s last major role in a movie was in “La Visa Loca” in 2005. He has been focusing on acting for primetime teleseryes under the Kapuso network. Directed by Ian Loreños under Regal Entertainment Inc., “Haunted Forest” will hit cinemas nationwide very soon. JB
