Best friends Angelica Panganiban and Glaiza De Castro took time off their busy schedules and went for an adventure-filled trip to Bhutan.
Through a series of Instagram posts, the good buddies shared their Bhutan getaway to their fans and followers.
Panganiban boarded her plane looking all ready for her trip “From Nepal to Bhutan” with her trusty back pack.
Panganiban is a known celebrity traveler and has been to a number of places in and out of the country. However, she swore in her post that Bhutan is the best place she’s ever been to.
She wrote “ikaw ang pinaka magandang lugar na napuntahan ko. Unti unti mo kong binabago. Dahan dahan mo kong binubuo. Tunay ka ngang regalo ng Panginoon”
(You are the most beautiful place I’ve been to. Bit by bit, you are changing me. Slowly, you are making me whole. You are truly a gift from God.)
Just as she regarded Bhutan as the best place she’s been to, another post seemed like a yearning from the hugot queen.
While appreciating the gigantic statue of a buddha in Buddha Point, Thimphu, Bhutan, the actress threw in yet another hugot line. Is she throwing it out for anyone?
“The most wonderful places to be in this world, are in someone’s thoughts, someone’s prayers, and in someone’s heart.”
Panganiban, “Sending light and happiness” to her “#3millionFriends,” savored the beautiful view from Paro, Bhutan.
Unsatisfied with just photos, Panganiban made a video of their adventure, showcasing the highlights of their experiences while exploring the Land of the Thunder Dragon.
Panganiban thought of making the video out of boredom “dahil busy ang amigah ko sa telepono” (because my friend is busy with her phone).
In another video uploaded by De Castro, the two friends let loose their craziness when they choreographed their own dance to the tune of “#WagKangNepal”
Glaiza De Castro and Angelica Panganiban have been friends for fifteen years, dating back to their days as teen stars in ABS-CBN. Even after De Castro has transferred to GMA, they still remain close.
Not too long ago, Panganiban gifted De Castro with a Singapore concert ticket of British rock band Coldplay. JB
