When the queen makes the moves: Ellen Adarna publicly calls John Lloyd Cruz ‘baby love’

Ellen Adarna once again updated her Instagram account with reference to actor John Lloyd Cruz. This time, she calls him “baby love.”
Adarna uploaded the photo of a chess board with the black king piece toppled over as a sign of resignation. The caption reads, “Erwin Romulo gave me a chance. Hahahaha sorry baby love @ekomsi 3 wins nako lol not chamba na ahaaha #winning #yabang sabi nga nila ‘just like in the game of chess, the queen always protects the king’ lol #sabeh”

While Adarna did not specifically mention Cruz, the tagged account @ekomsi supposedly belongs to the actor.
Incidentally, the Instagram account @ekomsi also posted an image of the same chessboard, with the caption: “erwin beat me.”

It is assumed that the “Erwin” both Adarna and Cruz named is the writer and magazine editor Erwin Romulo. Based on their posts, it appears that Adarna and Cruz were both playing chess with the editor.
Meanwhile, followers of Adarna’s account immediately celebrated the mention of “baby love” and offered words of support for the assumed couple.
