“I hope the entertainment industry becomes more prosperous in 2012. This year we had a lot of movies that did well at the box office. I hope this continues — more movies and more TV shows mean work for more people. For myself, I always wish to continue being peaceful and healthy so I can do many more things. But more important than the wishing is being thankful to God for the blessings that I receive every single day.”

“I hope that the coming Metro Manila Film Festival will be better in terms of the quality of films in the lineup. Sana rin, all entries earn more this year. Based on what we witnessed last quarter, people are becoming more and more interested in watching local films, I hope this continues in 2012. For myself, I’m grateful that work on TV is continuous, so I just wish for long life and good health for me and my family.”

“I hope piracy in the movie industry will be eradicated completely. Many artists lost their jobs because of it. I also hope that more Filipino talents in the movies, television and the concert scenes will be recognized globally. Personally, I wish for good health so I can continue working to send my kids to school. Three of my kids have already finished college, three more to go.”
