Henry Cavill has been keeping his relationship low-key with stunt performer Lucy Cork; only recently have the pair been seen in public events including a polo final and a tennis match in Wimbledon.
However, the “Superman” actor is finally wearing his heart on his sleeve: on Instagram, he shared a video of the “Mission Impossible 6” stunt performer.
According to the Daily Mail, the two met on the set of the movie.
Cork, 25, is seen doing a fierce kickboxing routine, and her boyfriend couldn’t help but praise her in an introspective caption.
He wrote about growing from mistakes, even when you get hurt: “I’ve made mistakes, I’ve been someone I’m not proud of plenty of times. I’ve fallen down. I’ve loved the wrong person. I’ve failed. I’ve been hurt.”
“What I’ve tried to do and still try to do each time though is recognise those mistakes and mould them to my advantage. Make them a way to better myself,” he said.
The 34-year-old related this life lesson to his lady love: “The video above is what positive forward motion, determination, bravery, strong will, dedication and self respect looks like.”
He declared, “This is my Lucy. She is one of the best stunt women in the world. She has defined herself. She continues to define herself. She grows, everyday. She is Lucy Cork because she says so.”
On Aug. 31 Cavill shared a photo of them on a boat, writing that he was vacationing before summer’s end.

According to Cork’s official website, she has been a stunt double for multiple action movies such as “The Mummy,” “Wonder Woman” and “Assassin’s Creed.” Cork is an expert in multiple fighting skills and martial arts such as kickboxing and muay Thai, and can do car stunts, scuba diving and high diving, among others.
Sounds like a lady more than worthy of Superman himself. /ra
