Original Pinoy music (OPM) singer-composer Ogie Alcasid is set to hold a benefit concert dedicated to Filipino music and in celebration of his 50th birthday.

Dubbed as “NakakaLokal!” based on his recently released album, the hitmaker’s show will be held on Aug. 25 at the KIA Theatre.

“For years, Alcasid has been a staunch advocate and ambassador for World Vision, a nongovernment organization assisting over 75,000 children nationwide,” World Vision said in a statement on Wednesday.
