4 adorable times Nam Joo-hyuk showed his love for basketball
Who remembers Nam Joo-hyuk? Aside from being a model and actor, he is known to his fans as a huge admirer of basketball. Here are some instances when he showed his love for the sport.
1. It was February this year when he showed his adorable side to the world as a fanboy.
The star of “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo” went abroad to watch an NBA game live where his favorite team, Golden State Warriors, played against Chicago Bulls. Dressed in a warrior shirt, he was even caught on cam inside the Oracle Arena while the game was ongoing. Proof? His leading lady and real-life girlfriend Lee Sung-kyung posted a photo to tease him.

He himself also posted a number of photos and videos on Instagram proudly showing his proximity to his idol Stephen Curry. Under one of his posts with Stephen Curry in it, he wrote, “Wowowowowow!” and also named himself a successful fanboy with a selca.
2. It was also last April when he did a photo shoot for an edition of a fashion magazine, showcasing his love for basketball.

In one picture, he wore a black, long-sleeved top and short pants, with a basketball in his hands to show how much he adores the sport.
3. He actually has skills in basketball.
In a past episode of MBC’s “Section TV”, he was asked to show off his basketball skills. To prove that he is not just a fanboy but a good player too, he had to go against male members of the staff to make the most number of points. With his skills and athleticism, he easily made points and he eventually won the match, with a score of 4 to 1.

4. In a recent episode of “Infinity Challenge”, he appeared in the variety show to get another chance to meet his idol Curry.
The NBA superstar and his younger brother, Seth Curry, joined the show for an exhibition match against the Infinity Challenge All-Star Basketball team.
In one scene, the men of the variety show teased Nam Joo-hyuk for his obvious excitement over meeting his idol. In turn, Joo-hyuk showed himself grasping his chest, saying “I’m dying over here.” His remark earned a lot of laughs from the hosts.
