Sharon Cuneta shrinks to size ‘medium,’ aims for ‘small’

Sharon Cuneta has lost weight.
The veteran singer-actress broke the news through a recent Instagram post, proudly telling her fans that she has now shrunk down to “medium” size. And she’s set to shed more pounds, as she aims for size “small.”
“I’m going for size small but really would like to get to XS – EXTRA SMALL (or over na ba ‘yun? Baka mata na lang ang makita niyo) [or is that going overboard? My eyes might just be the only thing left for you to see]!” she said.
Aside from dieting, she has also been losing her appetite. Despite her professional and personal stresses, her slimming figure, at least, gives her some consolation. She just worries about one thing.
“Just have to make sure I don’t get sick. Pumapayat ako (I’m getting slimmer) but I’m afraid I’m not getting enough nourishment.”

She was then congratulated by celebrity friends Judy Ann Santos, Jackie Lou Blanco and singer Martin Nievera.

Sharon Cuneta has long been dealing with weight problems.
Recently, the megastar finished an entry for this year’s Cinemalaya, “Ang Pamilyang Hindi Lumuluha.” The Cinemalaya festival will begin on Aug. 4. Entries will be shown at the Cultural Center of the Philippines and Ayala Cinemas. /ra
