Just last Sunday, July 23, Quezon City 5th District Representative Alfred Vargas re-married the love of his life, Yasmine Espiritu-Vargas, at the Manila Cathedral in Plaza de Roma in Intramuros.
Witnessed by their family and friends, the wedding was a star-studded event attended by known figures in both showbiz and politics.
Judging by the photos, Vargas is sure one lucky husband to have such a gorgeous wife.
The bride’s ethereal beauty all the more radiated in her gown created by designer Cary Santiago.
The lovely bride has since earned praises for her beauty and netizens likened her to Kapuso primetime queen Marian Rivera.
The groom didn’t look to shabby as well, dashing in his fine suit.
Sightings of political figures were aplenty at Vargas’ wedding—including Vice President Leni Robredo, former senator Mar Roxas and incumbent Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista.

The couple’s church union was also graced by friends in showbiz industry, such as close pal and Kapuso primetime king Dingdong Dantes.
The “Queen of All Media” herself, Kris Aquino, stunned in an intricately designed nude-colored Michael Leyva gown. She served as one of the couple’s principal sponsors.

Former “Encantadia” co-star Diana Zubiri and actress Francine Prieto were present to wish the couple a happy married life.
