In an effort to light up his love-team partner’s spirits, Joshua Garcia surprised Julia Barretto with a romantic dinner.
On Sunday, Instagram user Mark Coleta shared posts of the teen stars as they strutted through a path lined with candles on both sides and strewn with rose petals. Garcia handed her a bouquet of flowers and spent time under a Valentine-themed dining area.

Barretto was recently hospitalized after reportedly suffering from a fever. Garcia visited her and penned a sweet message.

Your company isn’t meant for nurses, it is for my soul. You don’t deserve strong doses of medicine, you deserve my love,” Garcia said in his letter, which was posted on Barretto’s Instagram account.
