The early 2000’s was arguably one of the most successful eras of modern music.
Numerous talented acts strut their stuff throughout the new millennia, but “teenage angst” was uniquely epitomized by alternative rock band Linkin Park and punk rock ensemble Blink-182.
Although the two bands dabble in different musical genres, the pair will co-headline two shows in a mini-tour dubbed as “Welcome To Blinkin Park”, Huffington Post reported.
Prior to the epic mash-up, Blink-182 returned to the scene last year with their Billboard-toping album “California”.
Linkin Park, on the other hand, has continued to experiment with their music and is set to release a new album later this month called “One More Light”.
“Welcome to Blinkin Park Tour” will take place on July 28 at Citi Field in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, New York and on July 30 at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania.
