Despite having a gargantuan age gap between them, Scarlett Johansson is eager to “have a drink” with her 72-year-old viral doppelgänger.
Just last week, Reddit user Denver Dodd shared a throwback photo of his grandmother, Geraldine Dodd, and her late husband, taken when she was 22 years old in 1967. The vintage shot spawned over 2.8 million views on the social networking site.
Nevertheless, the “Ghost in the Shell” actress believes that Geraldine does have an intriguing resemblance to her. “Geraldine, I cannot tell you, I have been absolutely inundated with emails and messages about how much we look alike. And I had to look at the photo myself…Holy crap,” she said in a YouTube video uploaded by Dodd himself.

As a result, Johansson, 32, invited her lookalike to the June 16 premiere of her comedy movie “Rough Night.” “I saw that you were, quote, ‘drunk as a skunk’ when taking that photo, and I would like to see your drunk face. I want to share a drunk face with you. Let’s have a drink, Geraldine,” Johansson added.
Upon watching the clip, an ecstatic yet astonished Geraldine immediately agreed to meet Johansson and gulp glasses of booze with her. “My grandma was literally jaw dropping dumbfounded.
