Step back, Kim Kardashian—Paris Hilton is the newest heroine who will save the planet through her hydrating water product…exclusive on April Fools’ Day.
On Friday, the hotel heiress starred in a spoof advertisement for NanoDrop, a mini-bottled water that can hydrate the human body 5,000 times than regular drinking water. Wearing a baby pink ensemble and a vest made from pet bottles found “in the stomachs of sea turtles,” Hilton and her research team from the Paris Hilton Institute of Plastic Pollution Solutions (PHIPPS) presented the so-called “revolutionary” sparkling water.
“That means less water, less plastic bottles, happy turtles, happy Paris…magic!” Hilton exclaimed. According to her, regular use of NanoDrop can help anyone save 1,500 plastic bottles every year. Amazing, right?
However, Hilton dropped another video, where she rectified all the claims she made about the fictional product. One of her pioneer scientists died due to dehydration and Hilton substituted NanoDrop with a real product called SodaStream.

Fast forward, Hilton is the newest endorser of SodaStream, a home carbonation product company based in Israel. The Jerusalem Post reported that SodaStream wanted to tackle pollution and excessive plastic bottle usage through its SodaStream beverage carbonator, which bursts carbon dioxide into drinking water to make it fizzy.
“I just learned so much that I never knew before,” Hilton told People. “People don’t realize what they’re doing to our planet and what’s going to happen one day if they don’t stop. It’s killing animals in the ocean, it’s polluting the earth, and it’s unnecessary.” Gianna Francesca Catolico /ra
