Rox Puno is the youngest son of Rico J. Puno and Doris Tayag, and the brother of Tosca, Erica and Dorica. He looks like his lovely mother. He’s fair, handsome and has a good physique. As a singer, Rox prefers singing rock ‘n’ roll tunes and songs from the ’80s.
Band
Today at 4 p.m., at the Grupo Reposo Tuklas Sining Street Art/Bazaar Festival, Rox and his band, composed of Francis Salazar, Jesper dela Cruz, Zach Bernardino and Rap Ruiz, will perform an exciting repertoire that includes “Sorry Na, Puwede Ba?,” “Magkasuyo Buong Gabi,” “Macho Gwapito,” “I’ll Be There” and “Every Breath You Take.”
The festival’s other performers are Jon Santos, Noel Cabangon, Heber Bartolome, the UP Singing Ambassadors and Teatro Ambahanon. The event is hosted by Pinky Amador.
Starting at 10 a.m., the public is invited to partake in the activities of Tuklas Sining sa Reposo, including sessions with the Blumentritt Group of Artists, members of Grupo Reposo, the orphans of Bahay Maria, and the street children of Virlanie Foundation.
Other treats: Award-winning French films will be screened at Alliance Francaise de Manille auditorium. And, at 6 p.m., Ferdinand Cacnio’s solo exhibit, “Crumplings,” will be launched at the LRI Art Pavilion.
