The cult TV show “The Big Bang Theory” has been renewed for another two seasons, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It isn’t over yet for the CBS/Warner Bros. multicamera television comedy, and fans will be glad to hear about it.
“The Big Bang Theory” might cost an estimated $10 million per episode, but makes up for its high production costs with its status as broadcast TV’s number one scripted series in viewer numbers among adults 18 to 49 years old and the 25 to 54 bracket.
A spinoff entitled “Young Sheldon” has recently been ordered.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actors Jim Parsons (Sheldon), Johnny Galecki (Leonard) and Kaley Cuoco (Penny) have agreed on a slight pay cut for the two upcoming seasons, while Melissa Rauch (Bernadette) and Mayim Bialik (Amy) are still in negotiations. JB
