Marjorie Barretto proud of daughter Julia over MMK performance

Mommy Marjorie Barretto could not contain her overflowing pride about daughter Julia Barretto’s highly lauded acting on “Maalaala Mo Kaya” (MMK).
The February 18 episode of the long-running drama anthology, entitled “#MMKLoveMeNow”, had Marjorie posting on Instagram a long message of how overjoyed she is, not only of Julia’s performance but of fans’ reactions as well.
In her post, Marjorie said that Julia particularly told her to watch, as Julia really put her best in it, and that she’s dedicating the episode to her (Marjorie).
“To see you evolve. To see how you used all your pain and made yourself a better person for it. I felt you.. and I felt Aika’s pain. And I want you and the world to know that I am proud of you,” she wrote.
Marjorie also posted compiled comments and social media buzz about the trending MMK episode. JB
