Avril Lavigne has breathed new life to her musical career with her newest single, a collaboration with Japanese punk ensemble One Ok Rock.
This is the “Complicated” rocker’s first single in two years, during which her pop career went dormant trying to fence the effects of Lyme Disease. “It feels so hard to watch you hurt from that pain a lesson learned, this is how you find your way,” she duets in the anthem. “I’ve got so much love for you, my friend, ride or die until the end, but only you can save yourself.”
