Celebrity sweethearts Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom enjoy spending time with each other, as those racy, revelatory and meme-generating photos of them paddle-boarding in Italy last August proved.

Last Thursday, the 32-year-old pop star posted a photo of them together, for her 59.5 million Instagram followers, sharing a laugh and having a lot of fun at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Sunset Boulevard.
