Celebrity sweethearts Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom enjoy spending time with each other, as those racy, revelatory and meme-generating photos of them paddle-boarding in Italy last August proved.

Last Thursday, the 32-year-old pop star posted a photo of them together, for her 59.5 million Instagram followers, sharing a laugh and having a lot of fun at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Sunset Boulevard.

This time, Katy and Orlando spread some Yuletide cheer with sick and recuperating children. And there are no surf boards and paddles around. Tee-hee. —RITO ASILO
