Oops. Britney did it again.
The “Make Me” singer recently confessed to BBC Radio DJ Scott Mills that she almost drowned during her vacation in Hawaii, according to entertainment news site People.
Spears narrated how the “six-foot waves” nearly ate her alive.
“I went out and I thought it was like a wave pool, and I was like, This is so nice and refreshing and just beautiful,” Spears recounted. “But the thing I didn’t think about is when you come back, the waves really come in hard.”
During her Las Vegas gigs, Spears usually spends her break time hitting tropical beaches.
“I got sucked under for, like, five minutes. I literally almost drowned. And I’m like, Where is my security? They’re just going to let me die here?” the American pop royalty bemoaned to Mills. “And then, I came in again and another wave took me under.”Spears, a mother of two, will release her ninth album, “Glory,” on Friday and perform on 2016 MTV’s Video Music Awards.
