Matteo Guidicelli: Sarah has a mansion but isn’t living with me
“She (Sarah Geronimo) doesn’t own a condo, but she has a mansion,” actor Matteo Guidicelli revealed at a recent press conference for his weekly show, “Single/Single,” on Cinema One.
Matteo gave this statement in denying the rumor that he and Sarah were already living together in a condo unit. He said there was even talk that they were already engaged and that people were sending him text messages to congratulate him. “These are all hearsay,” he quipped.
“Yes, we talk about settling down, but we still have a lot to do for our respective careers. If it (engagement) is meant to happen, it will happen. I’m praying that things will go well.”
On his relationship with Sarah’s parents, he simply said: “We’re OK. We’re working on it.”
Matteo also denied the rumor that he was using girlfriend Sarah to promote himself and his projects.

We just went [to Pampanga] because it was a free day. I blocked off that day because my schedule had been so hectic that I felt I needed to relax,” Matteo explained.
“I work every day. I’ve been so busy… Whenever we have the time, Sarah and I try to see each other.
“We keep our career and personal life separate. When we’re together, we talk about life outside work.”
Matteo is also a regular cast of the drama series, “Dolce Amore,” on ABS-CBN. He shared with the Inquirer: “Show biz is a tough job. We have to take care of our earnings,” he pointed out. “I’m saving up for my future. If Sarah would still be part of it, then I’ll be really happy.”
He added: “I consider ‘Dolce’ a big blessing to me. We will be taping in Italy, then we will tour Germany, Paris and Rome.”
He said he was also glad that “Single/Single” got extended. “When this was pitched to me last year, it was very experimental. I’m glad it went very well. It’s nice that we’re pushing for Book 2.”
“Single/Single” also features Shaina Magdayao. It airs every Sunday on Cinema One.
