“YOUR FACE Sounds Familiar” has turned out to be a most productive showcase for veteran singer-actress Karla Estrada. For years, the “plump but still sexy” star was best known as Daniel Padilla’s “momager,” but the talent and charisma she showed on the  impersonation tilt effectively reminded viewers and TV people of her uncommon appeal, staying power and “K” (for “karapatan”— and Karla)!

Karla has been such a successful “comeback comer” that ABS-CBN has just signed her to an exclusive two-year contract.

What new stellar projects should ABS-CBN think up to for its “new” contract star? They should have strong comedy and musical components to them.
