“HAPPY Fiesta”
TWO FILIPINO films will be shown at the 17th Landshut Short Film Festival, in Landshut, Bavaria, Germany, from March 9 to 14. Competing for top prizes in the Deadline section are Kenneth L. Dagatan’s “Sanctissima” and Joe Bacus’ “Happy Fiesta.” The Deadline section focuses on “horror and mystery films” from all over the world, says programmer Axel Estein, who handpicked Dagatan and Bacus’ films.
