Solenn Heussaff to marry Argentinean BF in December
Actress-TV host Solenn Heussaff is set to marry her Argentinean boyfriend Nico Bolzico in December this year.
“We will no longer have a honeymoon. We’ve been living together for five years now. We’re practically like a married couple,” disclosed Solenn during the launch of her first ever perfume line, Scents of Solenn, or SOS.
“Our trip for our wedding (in France) will be like our honeymoon,” she explained. “[So] the wedding hasn’t happened yet.”
She said that their trip to Argentina in December last year, photos of which were uploaded on Instagram, was merely a “celebration” of their relationship and not yet a wedding. She added that the gathering “was more for Nico’s relatives.”
She has been going to Argentina “every year for the last five years, anyway.”

Just by looking at an innocent photo like that, people can be so malicious.”
The photos of the two celebrities hugging each other, a screencap for a video that Jasmine posted online had many netizens talking. Jasmine is the sister of Erwan’s girlfriend, Anne.
Solenn said her younger brother was not at all affected by the comments. “People tend to overreact sometimes. They like to say the silliest things. Erwan just laughed it off. We know that in social media, people can invent anything.”
Rather than waste her energy on bashers, Solenn said she preferred to be productive. She worked on creating her own line of fragrances for two years. “I didn’t talk about it much because I didn’t want to preempt it. I was involved with it from the start, even up to its launch today. I was here ahead of everyone to check on the setup, to make sure everything was running well,” she said of the launch in Makati.
She even went to Thailand to study scents. “We looked at some 5,000 extracts and eventually chose 10. Then, we mixed them and chose three from the many mixes. We made sure the scents are compatible with the Filipino market,” she recalled. “Aside from the perfumes, I drew the packaging design. I was present in all the meetings, too.”
Solenn, who also dabbles in painting, will have a solo art exhibit in April. “I’ll be showing 27 of my artworks. I’m also doing furniture, so I’ll be featuring five accent pieces. I also tied up with a local brand, and embroidered cow carpets,” she said.
Solenn was last seen on the big screen in Jason Paul Laxamana’s romantic comedy, “Love Is Blind.” She said: “I’m thrilled that it’s still being shown in theaters three weeks after it premiered. I know the script is cute, but I didn’t expect it would be this big a hit.”
She is also seen in the GMA 7 shows, “Tripinas” and “Taste Buddies,” with Iya Villania.
