Among Asia’s best

John Arcilla is ecstatic upon learning from Inquirer Entertainment that he is nominated for best actor at the 10th Asian Film Awards (AFA), touted as the region’s Oscars, for his work in “Heneral Luna.”

Says Arcilla: “Wow! The people behind AFA can relate well with our sensibilities, culture, aspirations and sentiments. It is an affirmation that what we have worked on in this film … is also significant to our fellow Asians.
