BJ ‘Tolits’ Forbes is now all grown up

Recognize this young man?

Former child star BJ “Tolits” Forbes is now 17 years old and a college freshman, taking up computer science at STI. Forbes, who appeared in “Eat Bulaga” from 2004 to 2007 and often acted as sidekick to Vic Sotto, still acts in TV shows and movies. His latest screen outing is King Palisoc’s indie crime drama “Tandem.”

“I also come out in plays with the Gantimpala Theater Foundation,” he said. Among his latest stage productions are “Ibong Adarna” and “Pedro Calungsod.”

He is also part of a band called Jits. “We play in the church and join ‘battle of the bands’ contests, too.”
