“Home thousands of miles away” was how singer-actress Sharon Cuneta described her Calabasas mansion in Los Angeles in a photo she posted on her Facebook page in 2014.
But a recent report from the Los Angeles Times said Cuneta is selling her Calabasas Mansion for $2.195 million.
LA Times said Cuneta bought the mansion, which she considers “a happy place,” six years ago at $2 million.
Built in 1997, the two-storey mansion “opens to a grand foyer with marble floors, an elaborate chandelier and a sweeping staircase” and “a dining room done in detailed wainscoting and a living room with a fireplace sit off the formal entry,” said the LA Times.
Inside Cuneta’s mansion is a family room, a library or a study room, and a center-island kitchen, the report said.
Outside the mansion is a lawn with a covered patio, a swimming pool with a spa and a waterfall, a built-in barbecue grill, and a sunken trampoline. NC/CDG
