To eat healthy, that’s my resolution this year, because the older we get, the more conscious we should be about the kind of food we consume. Dati kasi, I didn’t care about calories, as long as the food was delicious.

I tried to lead a healthy lifestyle last year by exercising and eating the right food because I gave birth to my son, Alonzo. So, this is the perfect time to exercise, because my wound from the Caesarian operation has healed. I want my healthy life to be something that my kids can look up to.
I celebrate New Year with a lot of noise inside our house—Alonzo will be wearing ear muffs, of course! I’m thrilled to celebrate the New Year, because I now have a daughter and a son!

I always do it the traditional way. The different members of my family can choose to pursue their individual plans, but we have to be back home before Dec. 31st, when we all converge at my parents’ house to celebrate the coming of the New Year!
