Miss Universe 2013 third runner-up Ariella Arida gives her take on the controversial pageant boo-boo that pitted Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez Arévalo against Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, who eventually emerged as Miss Universe 2015. Ariella told the Inquirer: “I’m amazed by how Pia handled the situation with grace, poise and composure. It was so hard to rejoice for a victory, seeing that someone else’s dream had been shattered in front of you. Pia responded with class and humility, making me more proud of her! I love you, Mars.
