#WalangForever
Directed by Dan Villegas; stars Jennylyn Mercado, Jericho Rosales, Lorna Tolentino, Nico Antonio, Rustica Carpio
After last year’s sleeper hit, “English Only, Please,” Jennylyn Mercado and filmmaker Dan Villegas reunite in another romantic comedy for the MMFF.
This time, Mercado plays Mia, a rom-com writer who’s having a difficult time coming up with good screenplays after being disillusioned with the idea of true love.

Villegas said that while the film has its share of funny and “kilig” moments, there are more dramatic scenes. He also admitted that there’s a little pressure to meet people’s expectations after the success of “English Only.” “We try not to think about it. We just do our work well,” he said. Allan Policarpio
