‘Sayaw’ wins bronze in Bogota

Alvin Yapan and Alemberg Ang’s “Ang Sayaw ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa” won the Pre-Colombian Bronze award at the 28th Bogota International Film Festival in Colombia on Oct. 18.

The gold went to Francisca de Silva’s “La Mujer de Ivan” from Chile and the silver to Dragomir Sholev’s “Shelter” from Bulgaria.

“Sayaw” opens in local theaters on Oct. 26.
