Solenn Heussaff mum on wedding plans
While Solenn Heussaff entertains questions about her personal life and answers them as honestly as she can, there are just some things that are meant to be kept private.
“I try to share what I need to share [with my fans]… I guess it’s part of the job. But if it’s about something super-personal, then I’d rather not create a big fuss about it,” she told reporters at a press conference for the movie, “Flotsam,” currently in theaters.
The 30-year-old GMA 7 talent vowed never to use delicate matters for the sake of promoting a project and if “I don’t feel like they are important to the people… [and] there are bigger issues.”
Expectedly, Solenn, who was engaged to her Argentinean boyfriend Nico Bolzico last year, was tight-lipped about her wedding preparations.
“Once it happens, I’ll talk about it. But before that, nothing’s going to come out,” stressed the actress, adding that she wanted it to be “magical.” “The more people talk about it, the messier things become.”
Meanwhile, in “Flotsam”—a love anthology that weaves together eight stories set in a surf town in La Union—Solenn plays the workaholic overachiever Kai, who’s running away from a volatile relationship. In La Union, she meets Tisoy (Rocco Nacino), with whom she has a fling.

Original music
The movie likewise features original music from Marcus Adoro, Mia Sebastian. Kiddo Cosio, Joncy Sumulong and Bo Bismark. “We recorded it in live jamming sessions, and we all got really emotional when we performed,” she said.
Directed by Jay Abello, “Flotsam” also stars Carla Humphries, Marc Abaya, Mara Lopez, Barbara Miguel and more.
