A couple of hours before Eat Bulaga’s hit segment “KalyeSerye” goes on air, tweets expressing support for the trending love team of Alden Richards and Yaya Dub (Maine Mendoza in real life) known as “AlDub” have already reached 10 million on Saturday morning.

The “hashtag for the day” #ALDubEBforLOVE has been tweeted 10 million times as of 10:25 a.m. or equivalent to last week’s 10 million target.
While fans of the show achieved the target an hour or so after Eat Bulaga ended, they seem to be gunning for another record today.
Just before midnight, the show’s official Twitter account @EatBulaga tweeted, “Good morning mga Dabarkads! Today is National Pabebe Wave Day spread Love and Good Vibes! #ALDubEBforLOVE.”
Some celebrities from the same channel have started tweeting photos of themselves doing the “pabebe wave” popularized by Richards and Mendoza.
Eat Bulaga host Joey de Leon has also been tweeting continuously to help the hashtag trend.
