What secrets does Lola Nidora’s Diary hold?

Lola Nidora’s photos circulating online are making the netizens wonder whether those are indeed part of the explosive secrets Lola Nidora kept in her diary.

Lola Nidora, also known as Donya Nidora (Wally Bayola) is one of the characters in Eat Bulaga’s phenomenal segment “Kalyeserye.”

For weeks now, she has been worrying about her diary, a secret book stolen by two robbers on a motorcycle or “riding in tandem” who asked for an initial ransom of P50 million.

This was what prompted Lola Nidora to force her loyal servant Yaya Dub (Maine Mendoza) to marry Frankie Amoi Arenoli (Jose Manalo), a rich bachelor who willingly offered to pay the ransom money at Lola Nidora’s request.

The diary apparently holds a big revelation about Lola Nidora and Yaya Dub’s past and the reasons why the servant shouldn’t be paired to Alden Richards, her love interest.

A netizen who goes by his moniker “Don Simoun Ibarra” is one of the sources of the Lola Nidora’s old pictures, which have garnered thousands of likes and shares on Facebook and Twitter.

In an interview with INQUIRER.net, Don Simoun, who chose not to reveal his real identity, admitted that he is a certified “AlDub” fan.

“I am very inspired with the “hidden message” behind the story as well as Lola Nidora’s lessons of LOVE. It is a lesson that the youth of today should always keep in mind,” he said.

He said his Facebook page, where the “photoshopped” images were uploaded, was just inspired by Jose Rizal’s character in the classic book “El Filibusterismo” who “reminds the youth to be respectful, generous and united.”

“Until AlDub phenomenon came in and is a perfect vehicle to amplify that reminder,” he said. “We all know that Simoun died in El Filibusterismo, lost and hopeless. But what if Simoun was brought back to life in the modern world? That would be a very intriguing return.”

When asked about what role he wants to play in Lola Nidora’s life if given a chance, he said: “I would be the one to hold the REAL diary.”
