Actor James Reid rode the Metro Rail Transit (MRT 3) on Tuesday to arrive on time at an ABS-CBN event.
In a series of Instagram posts, Dreamscape Entertainment said Reid took the crowded train to make it to his performance for the 2015 Kapamilya Awards.
A photo showed Reid posing for the camera with commuters.
Reid successfully made it to the event, as director Lauren Dyogi posted a photo of the actor, whom he called “MRT boy,” with on-screen partner Nadine Lustre and ABS-CBN channel head Cory Vidanes.
Among celebrities who rode the MRT in the past to beat heavy traffic were actress Anne Curtis, TV host Kris Aquino, and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao.
