Camille Prats: Wedding proposal ‘a surprise I didn’t see coming’

A surprise she “didn’t see coming” was how Camille Prats described her fiancé John Yambao’s wedding proposal on July 18.

“A surprise I didn’t see coming. A milestone I am glad to take,” the actress wrote on her website iamcamillepratts.com.

“Thank you to all our dearest friends for being there to witness this unforgettable day of our lives. My ever supportive family who are always there to cry with me in times of pain and celebrate with me in times of happiness. To my destiny, my fiance, thank you for giving me this beautiful night that will always bring a smile on my face every time I think about this day,” she said.

The video of the surprise wedding proposal was released recently, highlighting the preparations done by the couple’s family and friends.

In the two-minute video, Camille’s brother John tells her: “I-enjoy mo lang ang gabing ito para sa ’yo dahil hinanda ito ni VJ para sa ’yo.”

Camille is later seen being escorted by her son Nathan to the area where the proposal will take place at the Prats’ resort in Batangas.

This is the second wedding for Camille. She married Anthony Linsangan in a civil wedding in Los Angeles in January 2008 and in a church ceremony in March 2010.
