Actress-TV host and presidential sister Kris Aquino has admitted that she had a nose job done.
During an episode of her morning show “Kris TV” aired Friday, guest comedian Vice Ganda and Kris were having banter when the topic about nose jobs was brought up.
“Di ba tinanong kita before kung nose mo ba talaga ‘yan or medyo naglagay ng bridge? Kasi maganda ang nose mo (Remember, I asked you before if that was really your nose or if you had a bridge added? Because you have a beautiful nose),” Kris told Vice Ganda.
Vice Ganda then responded and revealed Aquino had a nose job done.
“Sabi niya kasi, ‘naglagay ka ba ng konti?’ Sabi ko, ‘hindi.’ Sabi niya, ‘ako naglagay ako ng konti pero hindi naman halata’ (She asked me, ‘did you have it done?’ I said ‘no.’ Then she said, ‘I did. But it’s not obvious’),” the comedian said.
Kris looked a little surprised by the outing, but later corroborated Vice Ganda’s story. “You are so maldita. Ewan ko sa iyo. Nagkabukingan talaga tayo ngayon. Proud to be me. Ewan ko sa iyo. Tapos lahat sila ngayon sasabihin, ‘oh my God, umamin si Kris’.”
(You are so mean! What are you doing? Are we really admitting it here? (I am) proud to be me. I don’t know about you. And they will all say, “oh my God, Kris just admitted (she had her nose done).”)

Kris said she did not know what the procedure was called, but narrated that something was injected on the sides of her nose to keep her nostrils from flaring up.
She said she was awake during the procedure, adding that it was painful.
“Basta ‘yon in-inject, ang sakit. Pamatay sa sakit (Something was injected, and it was painful. It was really painful),” she said.
She said she decided to undergo a nose job because her nostrils would flare up during crying scenes in movies. NC/IDL
