Angel Locsin, other celebs conquer Mt. Pulag
Actress Angel Locsin conquered Mt. Pulag along with friends and family members recently.
Locsin narrated how she was able to conquer Mt. Pulag’s summit.
“5 hour trip to Baguio, another 4 hour trip on rough roads and zigzag cliffs from Baguio to Benguet, agonized and enjoyed the 3 hour hike to camp 2, got really cold at the camp, woke up at 2:30 am to prepare for the 3 am assault to the summit, trek for 2 hours in the dark.. But we made it to the summit!!! It’s not easy and definitely more room pa for improvement, but for first time hikers, couldn’t be more proud of our team,” Locsin posted on Instagram on Tuesday.
The actress said that it was her first time to trek and set camp.
Through her pictures, she showed how the trek made her appreciate nature’s beauty.
Aside from Locsin, celebrity couple Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia and actor Derek Ramsay also hiked to Mt. Pulag recently.
In an Instagram post, Crawford professed his love to his girlfriend, saying she was the “strongest and most powerful woman” he had ever met.
Ramsay, who climbed Mt. Pulag with friends and family members, said the ascent to the mountain’s summit was worth it.
Mt. Pulag, which is the third highest mountain in the country and the highest mountain in Luzon, has gained popularity in recent years among those who seek adventure and want to experience nature. AJH/RC
